Consent to the processing of personal data

By ticking the box in the request form on the IN TOUCH carrot studio website, I freely and knowingly consent to the processing of my personal data by the controller — Eva Levina (Levina Eva Viktorovna), Russian taxpayer ID (INN) 366503021043, IN TOUCH carrot studio, contact: info@intouchcarrot.ru, +7 977 849-25-50.

Purpose

To reply to my request, discuss the project and, if we agree, prepare and perform a contract.

Data

• name;
• email address and/or phone number;
• information about the project that I provide in the form;
• IP address, site language and page, date and time of sending.

Operations

Collection, recording, organisation, storage, adaptation, retrieval, use, erasure and destruction, with or without automated means.

The data is not published or disclosed to third parties, except the hosting provider and email service the request technically passes through, and cases required by law. The data is processed in Russia; I explicitly consent to this transfer outside the EU/EEA (Art. 49(1)(a) GDPR).

Duration and withdrawal

This consent is valid until the purpose is achieved, but no longer than three years after my last contact, or until I withdraw it.

I can withdraw consent at any time by writing to info@intouchcarrot.ru. The data will then be deleted within 30 days unless the law requires otherwise. Withdrawal does not affect processing carried out before it.
