Payment & refunds

We work under a contract. You pay in parts: 50% before we start and 50% on delivery, larger projects in stages. Every payment comes with an invoice. You can cancel at any time, and we refund anything paid for work not yet done.

What this page covers
This page covers payment for IN TOUCH carrot studio services: websites and online stores, branding, Telegram bots, CRM and integrations, AI and automation, SEO, GEO and advertising.
There is no card checkout on this website: every project is discussed, quoted and signed off in a contract first. The stages, timeline and price in your proposal and contract take precedence over this page.
Who you pay
Your contractor and the recipient of payments is Eva Levina, founder of IN TOUCH carrot, a self-employed professional registered in Russia under the professional income tax regime, taxpayer ID (INN) 366503021043.
We are not registered for VAT in the EU or the UK, so no VAT or sales tax is added to our invoices. If you are a business in the EU, you usually account for VAT yourself under the reverse charge; please check with your accountant.
How payment works
- After the brief, you receive a proposal with each stage, its timeline and price.
- We sign a contract. For small tasks, an accepted invoice can serve as the contract.
- 50% deposit before work starts, the balance on delivery. Larger projects are split into three or more stage payments.
- Prices are in euros. Payment method and currency are agreed in the contract; a quote in US dollars is available on request.
Invoices and receipts
Every payment comes with an invoice and an official receipt from the Russian tax service, sent to your email or messenger. For companies we put your company name and tax details on it. A certificate of completion is available on request.
What the price includes
Included
Everything listed in the proposal and contract: planning, design, development, setup and launch, and the agreed rounds of revisions.
Paid separately
Hosting, domain, paid services, font or photo licences, and ad spend. You pay these directly to the providers, so the accounts stay yours.
If you change your mind
You can cancel at any time: write to info@intouchcarrot.ru or message us. Then:
- stages you have already accepted are not refunded;
- for the stage in progress, you pay only for the work actually done, and we show you what it is;
- the rest of your deposit is refunded in full.
We refund by the method you paid with within 14 days of agreeing the amount. If we cannot continue the work ourselves, we refund everything paid for unfinished work and hand over all work done so far.
If you are a consumer in the EU or UK
If you order as a private individual and live in the EU or the UK, you have a statutory right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of signing it, without giving a reason. Tell us clearly by email to info@intouchcarrot.ru.
If you ask us to start work within those 14 days, you pay a proportionate amount for the work done up to your withdrawal. Once the service has been fully performed at your express request, the right of withdrawal ends. These rules apply on top of everything above and never limit the mandatory consumer protections of your country.
If something isn’t right
Let’s talk first. Anything that does not match the contract and the agreed brief we fix at no charge. New wishes outside the brief are quoted separately, before the work, not after.
Written complaints get a reply within 10 working days. The governing law is set out in the contract.
