Privacy Policy

This policy explains what data the IN TOUCH carrot studio website collects, why, and how we handle it. We only collect what we need to reply to your request.

Who is responsible

The controller is Eva Levina (Levina Eva Viktorovna), Russian taxpayer ID (INN) 366503021043, founder of the IN TOUCH carrot studio. For any data questions, write to info@intouchcarrot.ru or call +7 977 849-25-50.

What we receive

When you send a request through the form on this website:

• your name, if you provide it;
• an email address or phone number for our reply;
• your project description and the topics you select;
• technical data: IP address, site language and page, time of sending.

If you choose Telegram or WhatsApp, you send the message yourself in that app. The website only opens the app with a pre-filled text and does not transmit anything.

We do not collect special categories of data and never ask for ID, passport or payment details.

Why

Only to reply to your request, discuss the project and, if we agree, carry out the work. We do not use your data for newsletters or advertising and never sell it.

Legal basis

Your consent, given by ticking the box in the form (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). If we start working together, processing is also necessary to enter into and perform a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Where and how long

Your request arrives as an email in the studio’s mailbox. The website is hosted by a Russian hosting provider; form data is not written to any database on the site.

We keep the correspondence while we discuss and run the project and no longer than three years after our last contact, unless the law requires otherwise. Your IP address is kept on the server for anti-spam purposes for no more than one hour.

Who receives it

No one except the hosting provider and the email service the message technically passes through. We disclose data to public authorities only where the law expressly requires it.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not use cookies and does not load any analytics, advertising or third-party font services. Your browser stores a single setting: your answer to the cookie notice. It is never sent to us and is removed when you clear this site’s data.

If we add analytics, we will update this policy and show a notice beforehand.

Your rights

You can ask what data we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, restrict or object to processing, receive a copy, and withdraw your consent at any time. Write to info@intouchcarrot.ru — we reply within one month. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing carried out before.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the data protection authority in your country.

Transfers outside the EU

Form data is processed in Russia, outside the EU, and the European Commission has not issued an adequacy decision for Russia. By sending a request you explicitly consent to this transfer (Art. 49(1)(a) GDPR). If you prefer not to, contact us another way and we will agree on how to keep the data to a minimum.

We may update this policy. The current version is always on this page, with the date shown above.
