Context
Connect a first encounter with a psychological topic, a useful self-check and the materials that follow. For the psychologist, gather client bookings and ongoing support in a separate workspace.
The challenge
Avoid turning every next step into manual messaging. Quiz results, materials, payments and bookings had to live in one account, while the specialist’s working data stays in its own interface.
What we did
A short way in
A five-question quiz leads to one of four indicative profiles and matching materials. Self-reflection is kept clearly apart from clinical diagnosis.
Bot and Mini App as one journey
Telegram brings together quiz results and history, a personal account, materials, payments and session booking. Users never have to start over in each section.
Support between sessions
An AI companion built on Claude, a mood journal, thought notes, reminders and referral links round out the experience. The companion is never presented as a replacement for a specialist.
A separate workspace
The CRM brings together stages, client cards, history, notes and reminders. The working interface has its own login and API authorisation.
What we built
Product flow and content
We connected first interest, the five-question quiz, a personal profile, materials and reaching out to a specialist, and created the interfaces, copy and art direction for the whole journey.
Frontend, backend and data
We built the landing page, a Python / aiogram bot, the Mini App and a separate CRM. SQLite stores the data, and the conversation state persists between visits. Results, history, journal and next steps are tied to the user’s account.
Payments, booking and AI
We connected the Claude API and set up payment creation and status checks via YooKassa. The Mini App brings together the personal account, results, quiz history, time slots and booking. The AI companion complements the mood journal, thought notes and follow-up reminders.
CRM and access
We built client stages, individual records, conversation history, notes and reminders. The CRM has its own login, the API requires authorisation, and consent is requested before any protected feature.
Launch and operations
We set up HTTPS, Nginx / systemd, automatic service start-up and daily backups with fourteen copies kept. We migrated the production service while preserving client data and existing links.
Visual system
The visuals tie an emotional subject to recognisable images for the four patterns. The page shows project illustrations and cards that reveal the art direction and the substance of the product.

Journeys and material
Website or bot link → consent and quiz → personal result → materials and Mini App → payment or session booking. The CRM supports the specialist’s side of the same process.

Promotion
We optimised the site for search, set up Yandex Direct and Google Ads accounts, and launched advertising and search promotion.
The result
A connected product is live: landing page, Telegram bot, Mini App and a private CRM. Users get results, materials, payments and booking in a single account; the psychologist manages bookings and follow-up in a separate workspace. Design, full-stack development, integrations, deployment and backups were delivered end to end.
